Happy Spring Gala Season! Our 2022 Spring Gala is right around the corner and here is some information to prepare you and your dancer!
SHOW & REHEARSAL INFORMATION
REHEARSAL
Saturday, May 21, 2022
NDSU Festival Concert Hall
TIME
ARRIVAL: Please arrive at least 20 - 30 minutes costume, hair and make-up ready to dance. We may run ahead of schedule and do not want our dancer to missed their assigned stage time.
Dancers will have 5 minutes on stage to run their routine with their instructor or another Gasper's School of Dance instructor. This is a private rehearsal, please do not invite friends and family.
CLASS & INDIVIDUAL PHOTOS
Immediately after their stage rehearsal, they will go into the lobby for their Class Photo with Best of Times Photography. They may also at this time take individual photos for purchase if you so choose. Information coming soon on pricing and how to place your order.

SPRING GALA PERFORMANCES

NDSU Festival Concert Hall
11am, 2pm, 5pm
We are thrilled to be back at NDSU Festival Concert Hall this season. Dancers will perform their class routine in one of the three performances. Each class is only performing in one show due the amount of classes we have performing.
If your dancer is in ACT 1, please escort them or send them backstage upon arrival. If dancers are in ACT 2 or ACT 3, send them backstage or escort them during intermission prior to their act they perform in.
After your dancer has finished performing, we will have an instructor bring them up to the Balcony to sit and watch the remainder of the Act. You can pick them up in that area at that time. If they are in one of the last 4 routines of the act, you may pick them up backstage.

TICKETS
Tickets are now on sale for our 2022 Spring Gala. We do have a discount for those attending multiple shows. Those tickets MUST be purchased in ONE transaction to receive the discount. No refunds will be given.
TICKET PRICING
Ticket prices cover the cost of the venue and staffing for the weekend.
ALL TICKETS ARE RESERVED SEATING. When you are purchasing a ticket you are purchasing it for a specific show time and reserve a seat for that show.
ADULT
1 Show: $25.00 each (1 adult ticket to attend 1 show)
2 Shows: $40.00 (1 adult ticket to attend 2 shows)
3 Shows: $50.00 (1 adult ticket to attend 3 shows)
SENIORS (AGE 62+)
1 Show: $20.00 each (1 senior ticket to attend 1 show)
2 Shows: $35.00 (1 senior ticket to attend 2 shows)
3 Shows: $45.00 (1 senior ticket to attend 3 shows)
STUDENT / CHILD (NON GSD PERFORMER)*
1 Show: $12.00 each (1 student/child ticket to attend 1 show)
2 Shows: $20.00 (1 student/child ticket to attend 2 shows)
3 Shows: $25.00 (1 student/child ticket to attend 3 shows)
* Children 2 and under may attend for free if they sit on a parents / caregivers lap.
STAR ADS
Wish your dancer luck for their spring gala performance! Purchase a star ad for $10 and receive a spot on our program, as well as a star on the theatre wall for your dancer to take home! This is a great memento for them to remember for years to come!

SPRING GALA PHOTOS
Once again this season Best of Times Photography will providing service to take Spring Gala photos. If you would like to purchase your dancers individual or class photo, please fill out the form on their website, or print the form they provide and bring to the theatre on REHEARSAL DAY.
Gala photos will be taken Saturday, May 21 at NDSU Festival Concert Hall in the lobby.
