Adult Class Program
About our Adult Class Program
Our Adult Dance Program is designed for ages 18+ and welcomes everyone—from those stepping into the studio for the very first time to dancers returning after years away. Whether you’re looking for a fun way to stay active, rediscover your passion for dance, or continue growing your technique, our classes are built with you in mind.
Our non-leveled classes create an inclusive and supportive environment where all experience levels can move together comfortably. For those seeking more focused growth and advancement, we also offer select classes designed to challenge and refine your training.
Explore a variety of styles including Ballet, Pointe, Contemporary, Hip Hop, and Jazz with even more offerings on the horizon. Each class is led with encouragement, artistry, and attention to proper technique—helping you feel confident, capable, and inspired.
Dance is not only a great workout—it improves strength, flexibility, and coordination while also reducing stress and boosting overall well-being. It’s a chance to move your body, clear your mind, and be part of a welcoming community.
No matter your background or goals, there’s a place for you here.

BEFORE CLASS
What to expect?
-
Upon arrival of your first class, please visit our front desk to check in and receive a tour.
-
The first few weeks serve as an adjustment period as students become comfortable with the classroom, and teachings. Keep moving forward and in the general direction of dance.
-
Progress may not always be visible right away (and that’s okay!). Growth looks different for every dancer.
Studio Space / Classroom Etiquette
-
If you are late, please wait at the classroom door until the instructor invites you in, to not distract the class.
-
We offer observation portals if you invite a guest to watch.
-
Help us keep our lobby tidy — please supervise siblings and dispose of trash properly. Children under the age of 13 should not be left unsupervised.
-
Our staff and instructors are committed to your dancer’s growth. Please treat them with respect and kindness — just as we do with you.
