Cris was born and raised in Brazil. Her passion for ballet began when she started to dance at age of 7 at a local dance school in Brazil. She finished her studies after 10 years and earned a degree in Classic Dance. She got a Diploma issued by Brazilian Secretary of Education and Culture and started teaching ballet for children of ages 4 to 10.
At 16, Cris joined a local dance company and earned more experiences nationally participating in dance competitions across country. While been part of the company, her team earned any national titles.
As a part-time instructor, she participated in several international dance seminars, which helped improve her skills and experiences in teaching ballet for children and adults.
From 2016 - 2017, Cris created a project for children under poverty line. She volunteered and taught classic ballet for children of ages 6-10 years old. She found this experience to be priceless as she watched these children have an opportunity to dance ballet when they may otherwise have not.
Beyond dance, Cris was the owner of an Event Coordinator business that planned events including conferences, weddings, corporate events, fairs, sales shows, large scale concerts, graduations, and birthdays
In 2018, she moved to Fargo where she lives with her husband and they are happily raising two wonderful kids in this nice community.
Cris is a certified teacher in PBT (Progressing Ballet Technique)
