About the event
It's time to get your body condititioned, stretched and moving before classes start for the New Year. Join us for one or two days of Stretch to the Extreme as we explore new methods to safely stretch and improve your flexibility.

ADDITIONAL INFO
- All levels of dancers welcome.
- This is a self paced class to work at the level of flexibility your dancer is at.
- Dancers do not need to be students at Gasper's School of Dance to register.
EQUIPMENT
To enhancer your dancer's experience, we recommend they bring the follow pieces of equipment. This is not required and the studio does have a small supplies of the equipment listed.
ATTIRE
- Hair must be secured back
- Black Leotard and tights
- Black dance shorts or leggings
- Black tank tops, sports bra or t-shirt
- ballet slippers, bare feet, turners, jazz shoes or socks.
