GFITNESS is our fitness division and program at our studio. The schedule and pricing is separate of that of our dance class schedule.

GFITNESS began in 2008 when studio owner and personal & group fitness certified trainer, Matt Gasper decided to combine both his careers into one place. He wanted to offer parents of our dancers, as well as community members the opportunity to work out in a comfortable environment in a more private setting. 

Our Downtown studio became busy with classes and we had to put our program on the back burner for a few years, but now that we have expanded, we have more studio space and time to add GFITNESS back into the studio.
